All sessions will take place on Fridays from 12-3:30 ET. Cohort 1 session dates are January 30, February 6, February 12, and February 20, 2026.

  • Session 2: Building Your Business – How we actually set ourselves up for longevity: pricing, contracts, marketing, financial planning, and the systems that help us run as leaders and as businesses.

  • Session 3: Client Work – How to secure clients, manage expectations, deliver real value, and, when needed, break up with clients without burning bridges.

  • Session 4: Sustaining Ourselves – How to thrive in the long term: managing stressors, investing in our growth, avoiding burnout, and creating an ecosystem of support.

Cohorts are intentionally kept small to ensure direct access and personalized coaching from both founders.
